Company : Chubb Malaysia Sdn Bhd - Oversee overall daily operations and administrations for Sabah branch. - Ensure branch activity comply with Company\'s policy, objective\'s and standards. - Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed. - Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback. -Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within Sabah Branch. - Supervise, coach and develop staff regarding service expectations, policies, procedures, products, system and quality expectations.
