The Honeywell SPS Business Unit is looking for a dynamic individual contributor to lead sales operation activities for their Sensing and Safety Technologies business. The sales excellence team delivers the tools, processes, analysis and commercial support required to enable sales to keep 100% of their focus on the customer and continuously improve commercial effectiveness. This requires the GBE sales operations specialist to both influence the global SE team to ensure standard tools and processes are shaped, deployed and scale for their GBE. It also requires them to effectively deploy sales and marketing standard work in a way that offers maximum support to their front line sales executives and their respective leadership teams.
This role requires both a solid understanding of how a business runs (commercial acumen), as well as an appreciation for how operational rigor frees an organization up to focus on its most important assets. In addition, the role calls for strong analytical skills, tireless curiosity and will to make a difference - its people and the customers they serve.
