Job Description


The Honeywell SPS Business Unit is looking for a dynamic individual contributor to lead sales operation activities for their Sensing and Safety Technologies business. The sales excellence team delivers the tools, processes, analysis and commercial support required to enable sales to keep 100% of their focus on the customer and continuously improve commercial effectiveness. This requires the GBE sales operations specialist to both influence the global SE team to ensure standard tools and processes are shaped, deployed and scale for their GBE. It also requires them to effectively deploy sales and marketing standard work in a way that offers maximum support to their front line sales executives and their respective leadership teams.

This role requires both a solid understanding of how a business runs (commercial acumen), as well as an appreciation for how operational rigor frees an organization up to focus on its most important assets. In addition, the role calls for strong analytical skills, tireless curiosity and will to make a difference - its people and the customers they serve.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business performance to prioritize global and regional CE initiatives for maximum impact turning data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate and be the liaison between sales and other functional groups such as offering management, customer marketing, finance, and HR.
  • Gather feedback from sales leaders and account executives to deploy the most meaningful internal programs to improve effectiveness and productivity of sales representatives.
  • Develop and install Meaningful Sales and Commercial Analytics that capture key performance indicators, linking back to targets and driving tangible actions where necessary to meet the individual sales target for SPS SST APACI business.
  • Define and deploy an MOS (management operating system) connected to GBE strategy.
  • Drive Opportunity new loads & conversion, Pipeline health, Activity management, Account management, Lead & Campaign management, effective win/loss/cancelled entry by sales team, Sales velocity, NBO management and other KPIs under sales excellence.
  • Act as first delegate for the Regional Leader/GBE Leader in Sales Excellence related reviews and weekly GBE reviews of SRO.
  • Drive the team to work cross functionally with Leadership, sales and other associated functions to gather inputs to help preparation of weekly review of SRO (Forecast reviews).
  • Engage/partner with regional/GBE sales directors to drive continuous improvements and be an integral support to the growth of the sales organization.
  • Drive CRM enhancements be part of deployment activities and conduct training for new and existing hires.
  • Drive the best practice usage of world class CRM through Salesforce.com.
  • Drive consistent Account.
  • Works closely with Global Analytics/SIP team & GBE CE focal to deliver analytical requirements for the region, and also drives the annual quota implementation and be Integral part of SIP Governance.
  • Review and analyze the top and bottom performers once the quarterly seller attainment is published, partner with sales leaders to take corrective actions.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor\'s degree, engineering preferred
  • 7+ years of directly related experience in CRM based platform, business analysis
  • High level Excel skills
  • Proficient working with MS Office Tools, PPT
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively; anticipate problems and opportunities; develop & implement vision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities and projects with a strong bias for action; results oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to influence others quickly and positively
