An IT service provider is currently Lead, Salesforce Technical to join them in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or etc
- Implementing a culture of continuous improvements within the Customer Management Systems team.
- Analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirements.
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for Salesforce application design, support, and practice development efforts.
- Having 6 years or more of working experience with Salesforce development would be an added advantage.
- Must possess leadership quality to lead a team.
