Responsible for administering human resources services including payroll, employee engagement survey and other human resources operational activities Responsible for ensuring the completeness of on-boarding payroll data, accuracy of payroll data/payout, as well as timeliness of payment (inclusive of statutory contributions) Prepare post-payroll reports (reports for IO Functions, bonus accruals, cross-charge reports, GL interface reports with SAP, etc.) Maintain close working rapport with payroll vendor and resolve complex issues on a timely manner Constantly evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement in order to enhance turnaround time and employee experience Drive adoption of HR analytics through WD and prepare headcount/attrition analysis for business decision-making O versee system maintenance (leave/PH creation/adjustment, cost center/OT management in WD, etc.) Assist in the administration of ESPP and keep track on enrolment/termination updates, stoppage of contributions, etc. Prepare benefits related analysis and reports for the submission to line management, EXCO and Board with acceptable quality and timeline Supervise medical TPA and administer medical claims processing (claims submission, billing, enrolment, termination, cross-charge report, etc.) Maintain/Update the content published in the employee portal in line with branding and communication guidelines Continuously review and update knowledge articles for effective dissemination of information Handle general inquiries and provide guidance to employees on standard policies and procedures On/Off-Boarding of general employees (NEO Briefing) Enhance HR automation capabilities leveraging on system functionalities e.g. robotics and AI.
