Job Responsibilities SCOPE OF THE ROLE You will be leading a team of system analysts, driving the standards and practices across technical requirement gathering, impact analyst, effort estimation and technical solution design Other responsibilities include: . Drive Technical / System Requirements Lifecycle - From abstract product vision all the way to detailed system / technical requirements . Support Functional BA - Assist the Functional BA in translating the high-level product vision and initiatives into tangible, detailed technical / system requirements for developers, in collaboration with platform architects. This can be in the form of system interactions for the process flows, technical specifications and elaborated acceptance criteria for relevant stories . Support Development and Testing - Support developers and testers by providing the first level of technical clarifications during development and/or testing. Responsible for conducting Defect Triage in consultation with all relevant stakeholders as needed . Requirement Traceability - Responsible for documenting final technical artefacts and ensuring complete traceability to original technical requirements and change management . Leadership and management - Hands-on leadership and manage a team of 10-15 system analysts by example . Technical Requirement refinement / elaboration: o Refine / elaborate the back end stories related to specific systems / platforms based on the agreed technical requirements, ensuring that they follow UOB\'s prescribed format. Ensure that stories have sufficient details and correct acceptance criteria so that developers are able to estimate and work with them o Ensure stories are consistent and high-quality o Actively participate in Sprint Planning between Product Owner, Tribe lead, Functional BA and squad members to understand technical requirements o Consult Solution Architects to clarify technical / system requirements . Defect Triage: Conduct Defect Triage in consultation with Functional BA as needed . Requirement Traceability and Change Management: Compile final technical requirements documentation ensuring full traceability and change management About the Department The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches. Job Requirements SKILLS REQUIRED . Good understanding of digital banking products and system interactions, and retail banking . Extremely detail-oriented . Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organisation\'s context . Ability to evaluate and analyse existing technical system interactions, and uncover areas for improvements . Ability to envision and design end to end system solution design keeping an eye on the details . Ability to analyse / identify how a process design change might impact downstream system interactions . Ability to gather critical technical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful technical documentation . Ability to communicate and clarify system / technical requirements with developers, testers and other key stakeholders from business, operations and technology functions . Ability to identify and clearly document system dependencies . Excellent technical / documentation / analytical skills . Ability to work in an Agile delivery environment - adopting agile behavior and tools . Leadership and team management skills PREFERRED EXPERIENCE . Strong record of deliveries in Digital Banking solution. . Good understanding on technology stacks and architecture layers. . Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery (SCRUM). . Strong organizational and leadership skills. . Possess leadership skills, result oriented and requires minimal supervision EDUCATION .
