Job Description


1) ECS Support & Deliverables a) Manage ECS production issues covering LMIS, FOS and J Collect under Application scope. b) Attend to business requirement on new products, system enhancement and any new initiative c) Manage interdependencies within stream and ensure resolution d) Support build, conversion and deployment team to enable them to meet their deliverables e) Manage project risk, issues related to the team activities and ensure resolution and mitigation. Resolve the project level plan, issues and risks escalation. f) Support Quality Assurance governance plan to ensure program check and balance is carried out g) Support user acceptance testing (UAT) phase and ensure sign off h) Build constant rapport with SI and solution providers to ensure smooth running of the project 2) Analysis & Design a) Analyse any new business requirement and CR within scope deliverable b) Undertake comprehensive review of current state analysis with Business SMEs c) Ascertain new solution capabilities and manage the gap analysis together with Solution Provider d) Design new process flow and requirement and documentation 3) Business Process; a) Undertake business process improvement initiatives to meet operational efficiency objectives. b) Support stakeholder communication and change management activities to ensure buy in and successful implementation. c) Escalate business issues/approach to the Business Owner/relevant Committee/ Council for decision in a timely manner d) Define and initiate process improvement activities to support future state requirements 4) Administration & Staff Development; a) Manage the teamwork and stake holder expectation/change management activities b) Assist and compliment training need analysis, \'train the trainer\' activities, documentation, conversion, rollout and post implementation support c) Manage staff team development and engagement. 5) Testing, Training & Support and CR delivery a) Supervise the user testing activities b) Support preparation of user documentation c) Assist in training of users d) Monitor project level issues and risks e) Support Technical Lead on architecture, SLAs, infrastructure and integration f) Support conversion and migration plan for Delivery and Deployment team. g) Support Help Desk
