Lead System Analyst

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive technical documents for end-to-end solution design, including accurate details and clear system dependency indicators.
• Analyse user requirements and translate them into comprehensive design documents.
• Actively engage in application design sessions alongside Solution Architects and developers.
• Participate in Sprint Planning activities and conduct Defect Triage
• Conduct testing, maintenance, and suggest software enhancements to ensure robust functionality and optimization.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years\' experience in software development, expertise in digital banking will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of practical involvement in overseeing the entire technical/systems requirements lifecycle
• Experienced in leading a team of 5-7 resources.
• Strong understanding of both business and technological facets related to retail banking, credit/debit cards, ATM and payment systems, as well as internet and mobile banking realms.
• Development experience, ideally full stack development in React, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with web content management systems, and Adobe Experience Manager Forms and Sites and/or TeamSite.
