JOB PURPOSE

Develop engineering deliverables on design and operation of topside, marine and utilities for process and utilities team in PD&T department.
Lead execution of safety management process, technical safety deliverables and scopes planned by line Managers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead technical safety strategy for FEED deliverables of FPSO throughout all phases of engineering.
Lead preparation of MDR, basis of design and scope of work for subcontracting, process of safeguarding philosophy, lead safety assessment at concept, engineering definition and FEED level.
Review operational MOC, formal assessment study and safety case deliverables by sub-contractors and advise as per Offshore Business Unit Management Standards.
Identify design changes in operation, FEED and DDE deliverables by sub-contractors and ensure all recommendations from safety assessment are closed.
Plan continuous development for technical and leadership capability to support Company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission.
Documentation and data management as per offshore business unit Management Standards for process & utilities deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

10 years of work experience in O&G industry.
Senior design/safety consultancy experience on engineering an upstream facility is essential.
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering discipline.
Professional engineering affiliation with recognised professional body will be an advantage.
