Lead Technician
Job Description
Coordinate and assign daily work tasks to technicians for machine assembly, installation, and servicing.
Act as the main technical reference point for the technician team on-site.
Provide hands-on technical support during machine assembly, troubleshooting, test run, and commissioning.
Ensure work is carried out according to technical drawings, SOPs, and safety standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues during production or customer testing.
Support customer on-site installation, machine setup, and after-sales service when required.
Monitor work progress and report job status or technical issues to Supervisor / Director.
Ensure proper usage and condition of tools, equipment, and work area.
Assist in resolving on-site technical problems and unexpected issues.
Ensure tools, machines, and work areas are used properly and kept in good condition.
Support after-sales service or on-site service work when required.
Assist in showroom machine setup and testing for customer demonstrations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
