- Leader Operator F&B

1. Supervision & Daily Operations

Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for operators in all sections (Butcher, Packaging, Kitchen, Dry Section). Ensure all work is carried out according to SOP, quality standards, cleanliness, food safety, and Halal compliance. Assign tasks based on production priorities and ensure daily targets are achieved.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure meat cutting, packaging, food preparation, and stock management meet company standards. Conduct regular checks on operators' work to prevent errors in weight, labeling, expiry dates, and cleanliness. Resolve minor operational issues immediately and escalate major concerns to the Supervisor/Manager.

3. Team Management

Guide, train, and provide on-the-job support for new and existing operators. Act as the first point of reference for operators in case of questions or problems. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and productivity within the team.

4. Inventory & Documentation

Monitor usage of raw materials and dry goods to avoid shortages. Assist in monthly stock counts and ensure accurate stock records. Provide short reports on production status and inventory to the Supervisor/Manager.

5. Safety & Hygiene

Ensure all work areas, equipment, and machines are kept clean and in safe working condition. Enforce safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and equipment handling. Maintain hygiene standards in line with Halal and HACCP requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
