Generate and convert new leads for
HRDC claimable trainings, events, and conferences
. Build strong relationships withHR managers and corporate decision-makers
. Conduct calls, meetings, and deliverimpactful sales presentations
. Createcustomized proposals and training solutions
. Achieve sales targets and help grow the business. Organize and coordinatetraining programs and corporate events
. Keep up-to-date withindustry trends
and company offerings.What We're Looking For:
Excellent
communication skills
(phone, email, in-person). Strongnetworking and client relationship-building skills
. Proficiency inMS Office, CRM tools, AI tools, and social media marketing
. Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Sales experience or understanding of corporate training is a plus. Ability to workflexibly
