To manage new hires training program with alignment to Singapore sales training curriculum.
To deliver related training courses to MCC Telesales staff.
To enhance job knowledge and training skills constantly as an on-going process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be the core trainer forOnboarding Phased Training, refresher training, cross training, new system training, and next gen learning for one or several identified product / hotline group.
To achieve training effectiveness targets of Level 1 for Training Feedback, Level 2 for Classroom Assessment, and Level 3 for Mock Call passing rate.
To achieve training productivity targets of Training Days, Calls / Chats Handling, Training Summary Reports, and Operations Attachment.
To achieve training content and materials development and digitalization conversation targets
To complete and pass the trainer upskilling and certification process.
To execute any improvement project or initiative that is being assigned.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in Business Administration or related course
Minimum 4 years in providing training in contact center.
Good knowledge in Singtel Product system and SOP Knowledge.
