• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end L&D process \xe2\x80\x93 arrange training schedules, plan delivery methods, partner & manage training providers, gather training evaluation feedback and analyse data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes.
• Manage registration of course applications, coordinate with trainers, notify employees on the training details via calendar invites and update of training record in LMS in a timely & accurate manner.
• Coordinate and support in training needs analysis to ensure the programs address skill developmental gaps and execute organisation\xe2\x80\x99s annual learning plan.
• Work with stakeholders and handle organisation\xe2\x80\x99s learning and development needs. Run reports to track training metrics and provide recommendations to optimize performance and training effectiveness.
• Update and monitor training costs, process payment for learning programmes. Contribute content on learning updates and programs on internal platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Learning Bulletin, Viva Engage, Training Calendar).
• Work with internal team members to assess root cause to develop innovative, sustainable solutions and initiatives. Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Has strong organizational skills and is detailed oriented.
• Responsible for diagnosing problems, developing innovative solutions and taking action to prevent future occurrences.
• Possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with stakeholders.
• Ability to be an effective team player who enjoys working with others.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with experience working with HRIS and/or LMS, and an advantage if familiar with Workday.
