Learning, Development and Employee Engagement Executive
We are looking for a vibrant and driven professional who is passionate about developing people and creating meaningful workplace experiences. This role blends the best of both training and people engagement to help shape a motivated, high-performing and connected workforce.
You'll be responsible for designing and executing impactful learning initiatives while spearheading programs that boost morale, strengthen team dynamics and align employees with our organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deliver and manage training programs to enhance employee capabilities across all levels.
Identify training needs through collaboration with departmental heads and performance analysis.
Facilitate interactive, engaging workshops and support digital learning development where necessary.
Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including events, team activities and internal recognition programs.
Act as a cultural ambassador to promote collaboration, communication, and positive workplace energy.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support KPI-related activities in line with HR strategies.
Monitor training outcomes and engagement metrics to measure impact and improve future programs.
Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, and Branch Managers to support learning culture and staff retention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
Certified Train-The-Trainer (TTT) from HRDC/NIOSH.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to train and influence at all levels.
Strong interpersonal, coordination and communication abilities.
Creative thinker with a passion for employee experience and team culture.
Able to multitask and manage multiple events or training sessions effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with LMS, Canva, or e-learning tools is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
