Full spectrum of training includes training arrangements not limited to maintaining and updating employee training records, attendance lists (TAL)and learning databases.
Prepare and organize HRD Corp documentation, claim submissions and audit files.
Coordinate logistics and communication with training vendors and participants.
Support trainer sourcing, post-training evaluations (TEF, ITEF), and ISO-related record maintenance.
Issuing training memorandums, calendar reminders, and setting up training databases into relevant training system e.g. Boss i-Net / Rymnet.
Continuous update on daily toolbox for Beranang and Sg Petani Plant, following up on OJT (On Job Training) progress.
Maintain and assist in updating the legal and expatriate documentation database or paperwork whenever required.
Track contracts/ licenses renewal, expiry dates and follow-up correspondences.
Prepare preliminary drafts, summaries and supporting documents for internal and external submissions.
Assist in filing, document control and compliance record maintenance for security, disciplinary (non-executive and below only) and legal matters.
Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional HR-related certifications (HRDF/HRD Corp, ISO, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably in Training & Development / HR administration.
Prior exposure to HR systems such as Boss i-Net, Rymnet, or other HRIS platforms will be highly valued.
Hands-on experience in handling training coordination, vendor management, and record/database maintenance is preferred.
Experience with HRD Corp claim submission, documentation, and audit compliance is an added advantage.
