Support Learning Business Partners to deliver good customer experience to our internal customers
Liaise with training vendors to ensure training events are delivered with good customer experience to our internal customers
Guide team members to enhance service delivery though good customer experience and technology support
Lead the team in submitting periodic reports and payments within agreed datelines
Promote marketing awareness in learning and development initiatives through periodic and creative communication
Use Learning & Development data for dashboard analytics to enhance products and service delivery
Utilise the Learning Management System for maximum service efficiency
Ensure Learning & Development meets regulatory, risk, compliance and audit requirements
Closely monitor our key performance indicators
Participate in other learning and development initiatives / projected as required
Qualifications
Degree in any discipline
Good problem solving skills
Technology savvy and good in Microsoft Excel
Attention to details
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Passionate in people development and customer focussed
At least 3-5 years as team leader
Possessing a positive attitude with high dependability
