In this role, you will lead the hotel's training initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational policies. You will develop engaging learning resources, implement growth frameworks, and uphold excellence in stakeholder engagement. Collaborating closely with the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in building a dynamic Learning & Development function that supports the growth and success of every team member.
