Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of learning programs by sourcing, promoting, administering, and evaluating training programs and other initiatives.
• Assist in conducting training needs analysis to determine the client\xe2\x80\x99s development needs.
• Ensure learning programs are advertised on a timely manner and manage the training enrolment activities in an efficient and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate training records and databases to meet compliance requirements or to produce relevant training reports as and when required.
• To coordinate, organise, plan & communicate with clients and attendees to ensure delivery of learning programs are met.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Marketing, Education or any equivalent.
• Preferred fresh graduates or leaving university less than 1 year.
• Skill required: Advanced MS Excel skill, advanced MS PowerPoint skill, and other Microsoft applications.
• Other added advantage skills: Designing poster, editing video, and copywriter contents
• Candidates must have a strong command in written and spoken English.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Candidates must detail oriented, well organised and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to learn new things and grow as a team.
• Candidates must be willing to work at Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur.
• Candidates must possess own transportation, and/or willing to travel domestically.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
