1) Implement online education initiatives ensuring they are cost-effective, scalable, and operationally sound.
2) Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to streamline the integration of learning platforms and tools.
3) Regularly report to both the CLO (for educational impact).
4) Oversee the logistical aspects of training sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
5) Manage training resources, including personnel, materials, and venues, in line with budgetary constraints.
6) Facilitate a feedback mechanism to both the CLO and COO about training quality and operational challenges.
7) Provide post-event reports detailing both learning outcomes and operational efficiencies.
8) Report the tangible outcomes of CSR initiatives to both the CLO (educational/social impact) and the COO (operational success and brand image).
9) Work closely with the CLO to understand strategic objectives and with the COO to understand operational constraints.
10) Develop and manage the departmental budgets in collaboration with the COO, ensuring that learning initiatives are cost-effective.
11) Lead and manage teams ensuring alignment with both learning objectives and operational standards.
12) Serve as a bridge between the learning departments and other operational departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
13) Identify and mitigate risks related to both learning outcomes and operational challenges.
14) Review and edit the manuscripts sent by authors, as well as the course content on the platform to ensure its quality meets market demands.
15) Assisting the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) in implementing internal administrative tasks, including establishing standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, and external engagement work, including teacher trainings and student development.
16) Determine and manage resources for user support, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
17) Perform any other duties as per assigned by the management.
