Why does this job exist and why is it critical As a Learning Partner, you play a critical role alongside business as an internal consultant, enabler and collaborator - growing and enhancing Maxis\' people capabilities to always be ahead as Malaysia\'s leading converged solutions provider. You own and drive the end-to-end learning experience from assessment, analysis and design to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement. You push the pace of innovation at Maxis by leveraging data insights to shape learner-centric solutions and promote a growth mindset and culture of lifelong learning throughout the organization. What are you accountable for Work with business stakeholders and translate the business requirements into innovative learning solutions that will inspire and equip employees to deliver better results. Conduct capabilities gap and training needs analyses for divisions and departments in your care to derive data-supported and learner-based insights. Drive, develop and coordinate delivery of strategic learning programs and initiatives and measure impact / effectiveness Draw up learning requirements, source, assess and recommend vendors for development programs Cultivate, promote and sustain a learning culture aligned to the 3E learning framework, within the organization by engaging the sponsorship of Maxis leaders and organizing relevant forms of employee engagement, e.g. campaigns, hackathons, contests / challenges, e-learning course clubs, learning communities. Collaborate with Learning & Development Operations team and drive continuous improvement by refining and designing efficient, effective policies and processes and learner journeys for maximizing engagement, attendance, completions and feedback. Actively participate in other People-related projects under the L&D team such as talent management, organization design, workplace digitalization and work effectiveness projects. Contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives. Work with Subject matter experts to develop and facilitate the training content. Work closely with the learning operations team to measure, track and report the impact of the learning initiatives. What do you need to have for this role Bachelor\'s Degree Specialised in: Human Resources OR Business OR Sales OR IT Total Relevant Experience for external applicant: 7 -8 years and above in Learning & Development, talent management & performance consulting. Experience working in HR related roles and other projects actively revolving around people would be an advantage. Possess strong business acumen with ability to build organization effectiveness through people and organisational initiatives Ability to effectively engage at all levels of employees with great stakeholder management Analytical and goal oriented with a drive to see initiatives followed through and brought to fruition Great with numbers and data analysis and generally ability to play with data to drive decision making proficient in making effective presentations Thoroughly enjoy working with people and seeing business results achieved by getting the people strategy right Possess strong business acumen with the ability to build organization effectiveness through people and organisational initiatives. Experience in driving organisational change in big and complicated organisations. A team player who collaborates to synergise solution design and procurement efforts, as well as to optimise employee uptake of learning resources and opportunities.
