JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for enhancing the organizations\'s capabilities through talent development, performance management, orienting and onboarding programs.
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps.
  • Develop training plan and budget. Control training expenditures and collaborate closely with other departments on orientation, performance evaluation, and talent review activities.
  • Design and facilitate orientation and in-house training programs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and track succession plan.
  • Partner with the Head of HR on talent retention programs and other HR projects.
  • Faciliatate performance appraisal exercise and reward management.
  • Identify talent pool for succession planning. Drive coaching program for high performers and critical roles, monitor their Talent Development Plan.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requirement language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in talent development or related field.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of talent development and performance management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
