Practice Overview: TD&L specializes in envisioning, designing, developing and deploying industry-specific custom learning solutions in areas of large business and workforce transformations, leadership capability development, corporate academies etc. that abide to the growing needs of mobility and technology usage. The Learning Technology team helps client select the right learning technology for their corporate learning requirements. With over 250+ LMSs, 10+ Learning experience platforms, multitude of content providers and several innovative solutions coming to market at a rapid pace, it becomes overwhelming for clients to keep up-to-date, review, select and if required, implement the right learning technology ecosystem. Learning technology team\xe2\x80\x99s focus is to help clients navigate through this emerging and complex ecosystem of learning technology solutions, recommend the right solutions, implement the selected solutions to enable our clients ultimately to be become high performing businesses. With a 350+ team of deep-skilled learning practitioners across India, China, Poland, LatAm, Germany, South Africa, the CN TD&L Practice has executed more than 300+ projects with over 100+ clients, across North America, EALA and APAC, across all industries like Products, Resources, Finance, Public Sector etc. Responsibilities:

  • Work with client account teams and end clients to understand client\xe2\x80\x99s business problem, review and understand requirements for LMS and learning technology.
  • Conduct LMS selection / learning technology selection for clients alongside client account teams.
  • Suggest best practices on Learning Processes in context of LMS.
  • Work with practice lead to build LMS project pipeline.
  • Prepare proposal decks and estimations for LMS selection, implementation or learn tech projects.
  • Review proposed LMS solution configurations and provide guidance to the team on complex areas within LMS.
  • Work with client IT on complex topics: integration using middleware or iPaas solutions such as Dell Boomi , SSO, 3rd party content integration options, use of LxPs for richer end user experience etc.
  • Propose internal Accenture tools and technologies on offer for clients that augment the LMS.
  • Manage LMS team and work allocation.
  • Provide regular status updates internally and to clients.
  • Manage team performance and growth.
  • Develop expertise in any one learning technology area: LMS, LxP, Learning analytics using niche platforms etc.


Experience:
  • 8+ years work-experience in learning technology
  • Education- Engg. Graduates preferred or BCA/MCA, or other graduates with experience in Learn Tech area / LMSs
  • Professional Background - Desirable \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelors in Computer Science Engg. (other Engg) / BCA / MCA
  • Certification in any of LMSs: Cornerstone, Saba or SuccessFactors

Key Competencies and Skills: Candidate should possess:
  • Strong skills in one or more of the following LMSs: Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SuccessFactors Learning, SumTotal, any other
  • Experience in managing a learning technology team
  • Experience in selling learning technology work and building the pipeline
  • Experience with programming on client side tech: javascript and/or server-side: Java / PHP / Pythion / Ruby / NET, databases: MySQL / SQL will be a plus
  • Strong team management skills
  • Strong client interaction and management skills
  • Willingness to constantly upskill / cross-skills in emerging areas of learn tech to support Accenture business

  • Very strong in your communication and presentation skills
