We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Human Resources Division as a Learning Technology Specialist reporting to the Head, Learning and Development to lead and drive learning technology platforms and digital experiences that delivers on organisational goals.
Key Accountabilities
As a Learning Technology Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end organisation and employees\xe2\x80\x99 learning technology solutions and experience management guided by Group and Country HR\xe2\x80\x99s learning direction and priorities which include:
1. Collaborate with Group Learning Technology team in managing and executing the design of an intuitive learning platform that delivers learning anytime anywhere to employees within the organisation.
2. Act as the guardian of learning data embedded within the learning technology platforms, not limited to Learning Management System, with responsibility for its integrity, quality and use for the purpose of advancing the Learning & Development vision and culture.
3. Collaborate with Learning Business Partners and Business Lines to build and facilitate the social communities (e.g. learning communities and internal subject matter experts) towards a culture of collaborative learning and social learning.
4. Apply HR and Learning data analytics in recommending innovative organisation learning and development strategies and championing the modernisation of learning deliveries and facilitation.
5. Project management in Learning Technology related initiatives driven by Group Learning Technology or at country level.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or Information Technology (IT) or related fields.
2. Passion and experience in technology and its application to learning and development domain
3. Experience in performance improvement or organisational development would be an advantage
4. Curiosity and strong analytical skills to manipulate data sets to discover patterns and trends and present data in visually compelling ways to facilitate understanding; High level of attention to detail
5. Effective project management e.g. timeline management and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to drive for results through various stakeholder groups including IT.
6. Experience in administrative role of a content management system would be an advantage.
