Job Description

1) Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, curate, or modify digital content suitable for the platform. This might include video lessons, quizzes, assignments, and other interactive content.

2) Become adept at using and training others on the digital tools and platforms that "kademy" employs. This might involve familiarizing themselves with Learning Management Systems (LMS), webinar software, interactive quiz platforms, etc.

3) Collect feedback from students and teachers on the course materials, platform usability, and other aspects of the learning experience. Use this feedback to make improvements.

4) Work under the guidance of Senior Learning Officers to execute on specific training projects or initiatives. This might involve tailoring content for a particular group, rolling out a new feature, or piloting a new teaching method.

5) Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules by analyzing metrics such as completion rates, quiz scores, and user feedback. Propose improvements based on these insights.

6) Make recommendations to the tech team regarding user interface and experience improvements based on feedback and personal observations.

7) Keep abreast of the latest trends in online education, pedagogical methods, and digital tools to suggest and implement innovative teaching methods and strategies.

8) Work with teachers to understand their needs and challenges. Offer training or resources to help them optimize their use of the "Kademy" platform. Similarly, understand student needs and challenges to enhance their learning experience.

9) This might include scheduling courses, managing enrollment, and other administrative tasks associated with the delivery of courses on the platform.

10) Review and edit the manuscripts sent by authors, as well as the course content on the platform, and create relevant content when necessary to ensure its quality meets market demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
