Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• In-charge of leasing out retail lots, office, industrial spaces and other properties, liaise with agents, attend walk-in customers and conduct cold calls.
• Responsible for all marketing matters, including preparing of marketing collaterals, formulate marketing strategies, provide periodic survey and updates of the market rates, planning of A&P activities.
• Conduct marketing presentations and assist in the planning of tenant mix.
• In charge and oversee credit control/ collection section including liaising with lawyers on legal proceedings, advice the management on the next course of action to be taken, ensuring reminders and LOD are issued on time.
• Prepare 5 years business plan on yearly basis.
• Prepare tenancy documents (Letter of Offer/ New Tenancy Agreement/ Renewal Agreement/ Novation Agreement and other related document) to new and existing tenant.
• Assist in leasing and marketing related key matters and administration works and perform any other duties or tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
• Candidates must have minimum 3 years of working experience in related industry, retail leasing background is highly preferable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and other dialects will be an added advantage.
• Positive mindset, committed, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Good business acumen and analytical skills.
• Full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
