Job Description

: -

1. To plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix for the mall.

2. Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers.

3. Processing leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences.

4. To assist in managing the daily operations of the Leasing Department.

5. To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.

6. To perform any other functions as directed by the Superior or Manager from time to time.

Requirements: -

1. Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Estate Management, Property or any related field.

2. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field.

3. A self-starter person and able to work with minimum supervision.

4. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.

5. Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
