Job Description

The duties:

Responsible for securing new tenants, managing the full leasing process, and ensuring timely renewals. Prepare proposals, agreements, forecasts, and occupancy reports, while keeping leasing records accurate. Monitor market trends to support strategies and oversee retail lot and kiosk sales reports. Tenant Relations: Maintain strong tenant relationships, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and conduct regular site visits. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with legal, facilities, fit-out, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth leasing transactions and proper handover in line with tenant requirements. Responsible for drafting and finalizing documented work processes and SOPs for the department
Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Good in

AutoCAD

and

Adobe Illustrator

for reviewing and preparing layout plans or presentations. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leasing, tenancy management, or property management (mall or retail leasing experience preferred). proven track record in negotiating and securing tenancy agreements. Experience in coordinating fit-out works, including reviewing tenant design submissions and ensuring compliance with mall design guidelines.
