JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leasing & Tenant Acquisition

-Proactively market available commercial units through direct outreach, referrals, and digital channels.

-Conduct property tours, effectively showcasing spaces to prospective tenants.

-Qualify leads by understanding tenant business needs and recommending suitable spaces aligned with their operational goals.

Lease Negotiation & Closure

-Negotiate lease terms within organizational parameters, balancing tenant needs and business objectives.

-Collaborate with legal, finance, and asset management teams to finalize lease documentation.

-Drive timely deal closures while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Tenant Relationship Management

-Act as the primary liaison for tenants throughout the leasing process.

-Respond promptly to leasing-related inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

-Monitor local market trends, competitive property performance, and rental benchmarks.

-Provide actionable insights on pricing strategies, tenant preferences, and leasing velocity to inform business decisions.

Reporting & Lease Administration

-Maintain updated and accurate leasing records, unit availability, and prospect pipelines.

-Prepare regular reports on leasing KPIs, occupancy levels, and deal progress.

-Ensure all leasing activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
