Job Description
Job Summary
Leasing Manager is responsible for identifying strategic retail locations within shopping malls, conducting football traffic research, and negotiating favorable rental terms to support the Company's expansion plan.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential mall locations that match the company's business model, customer demographics, and brand strategy.
Conduct site visits and evaluate mall performance, including
footfall traffic patterns
, customer demographics, and competitor presence.Perform
research on footfall traffic data
, peak hours, weekend vs weekday flow, and high-density mall zones.Prepare feasibility assessments and location suitability reports. Shortlist and recommend high-potential sites to the Managing Director for approval.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
