We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Leasing & Marketing Executive (F&B)

to join our team. The role is responsible for securing suitable F&B tenants, managing tenancy agreements, and driving effective marketing campaigns to promote the mall's/retail property's F&B offerings. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving occupancy targets, enhancing tenant mix, and increasing customer traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing (F&B Focus):

Source, identify, and secure suitable F&B tenants (restaurants, cafes, kiosks, food courts). Negotiate leasing terms, rental rates, renewals, and tenancy agreements. Monitor and maintain healthy tenant mix to maximize property value. Conduct market research on F&B trends, competitors, and customer demands. Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely handover and fit-out of premises. Track tenant performance and support retention strategies.

Marketing (F&B Support):

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote F&B tenants and dining concepts. Plan joint promotions, seasonal campaigns, and mall-wide events with tenants. Manage digital and social media platforms to highlight F&B offerings. Coordinate with external agencies, media, and event partners. Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide regular performance reports. Support branding and positioning of the property as a food & lifestyle destination.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 2-4 years' working experience in retail leasing, marketing, or F&B industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Knowledge of Malaysia's F&B trends and consumer dining behaviors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
