Job Description

Responsibilities:

Source and secure tenants to meet leasing targets while maintaining an updated record of negotiation statuses. Collect and analyze market data, including details of similar properties, sales trends, occupancy rates, economic conditions, and other relevant insights. Handle leasing inquiries and coordinate with internal departments on leasing-related matters. Manage pre-tenancy and post-tenancy processes, including issuing offer letters and tenancy agreements, collecting deposits, following up on agreement signings, and handling property handovers. Coordinate with tenants on rental payments, lease renewals, and deposit refunds upon lease expiry. Report to the Director on tenant mix strategies, leasing budgets, occupancy targets, and rental plans for management review. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field. At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing, building services leasing, or retail mall management. Strong knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and tenancy policies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
