Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL). The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering course content, conducting assessments and grading student performance, leading class discussions, advising and providing feedback to students during office hours, as well as participating in institutional and departmental meetings and events. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant field of study Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience in teaching or training others Master\'s degree or higher in the relevant field of study Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional certifications in the relevant field of study are a plus Experience in student assessment and evaluation Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty and staff members Demonstrated commitment to student success and development
