Requirements:

PhD in Education Candidates with experience and proficiency in online learning will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing and delivering online and conventional courses. Strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies. Passionate about Life-long Learning and committed to delivering high- quality teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Curriculum Development

Teach master degree students (where applicable) as assigned by the Head of Programme (Postgraduate, Education). Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high quality Master of Education curriculum. Assist in the creation of learning materials, preparation of schemes of work, and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement,and attendance.

2. Course Materials Preparation

Develop comprehensive course materials, including lecture notes, slides,course guides, assessment questions, final examination papers, answer,schemes, and JSU. Source and integrate additional course-relevant materials such as video links and journal articles to support the curriculum. Student Support and Engagement Provide weekly classroom and/or online support,including lectures, tutorials, online facilitation, and consultation hours. Utilize diverse forms oftechnology and hands-on approaches to enhance the student learning experience. Provide appropriate academic counseling and support to students.

4. Assessment and Evaluation

Grade assessments and provide constructive written feedback to students. Evaluate and grade final examination scripts.

5. Administrative Duties

Participate in meetings and discussions as required by the Head of Programme (Postgraduate, Education). Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned

Pay: RM1,979.07 - RM6,280.04 per month
