Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars. Conduct field excursions and activities for students. Develop curricula and course materials that can be used across a number of platforms. Subject coordination duties. Setting and grading of assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide regular guidance to students to assist them on the progress of their academic achievement. Counsel students on appropriate career/academic direction upon completion of their course. Provide course counseling at exhibitions, fairs and other promotional and marketing activities. Student project/work supervision. Review and moderate assessments, examination questions and mark answer scripts. Participate in training opportunities and initiatives and be involved in professional activities in the institution/community. Provide support to students and other colleagues as and when required. Collaborate with other lecturers to improve teaching methods and expand knowledge base. Administrative/academic functions in relation to the disciplines or related disciplines the academic teaches, e.g. attendance, invigilation, examinations, course evaluation and academic quality matters. Leadership role in educational activities in the academic unit. Requirement: Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s/Master\'s Degree in Accounting. Minimum three (3) years of teaching experience or equivalent industry-related experience. Passionate in teaching and willing to go the extra mile in providing quality education. Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating teaching and learning. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
