Job Responsibilities

Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate modules in business-related subjects such as Principles of Management, Marketing, Business Strategy, Technology Management and Organisational Behaviour. Contribute to programme development, course design, and quality assurance processes. Engage in research and scholarly activities that support the institution's academic goals. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students. Support departmental and institutional initiatives, including student development activities. Contribute to departmental administration and academic governance.

Job Requirement

A postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A PhD in a relevant field is required. Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level. A strong track record of research and/or industry engagement. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
