Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver postgraduate-level courses in areas such as Strategic Management, Leadership, Organizational Change, Innovation, or Research Methodology. Supervise DBA candidates in applied research projects and dissertations. Contribute to curriculum development, review, and enhancement. Engage in scholarly research, publications, and thought leadership in business and management fields. Collaborate with industry and academic partners to ensure program relevance and impact.
Requirements:
PhD or Doctorate in Business Administration or a closely related discipline. Proven experience in teaching at postgraduate/doctoral levels, particularly in executive or professional programs. Strong academic track record, with published research in reputable journals (for Senior Lecturer level). Experience supervising doctoral research and applied industry projects is an advantage. Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentorship skills. Industry experience or consultancy background will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
