JOB DESCRIPTIONS 1. Provide general administrative and clerical support. 2. Prepare letter, email, memo, etc., and reply to any correspondences including clients, solicitors and bankers. 3. Attend to phone calls and visitors in a polite, friendly and professional manner. 4. Prepare and make proper amendment to Sale & Purchase Agreement. 5. Maintain the general office filing system and documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. At least 2 years of working experience in legal firm and good knowledge in Sale & Purchase Agreement is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient in both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in computer literate - Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint). Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Hard work, enthusiastic and willing to learn. Excellent communication skill, organizational and multitasking skills. Facilities Basic Salary EPF + SOCSO Annual Leave (AL) Working Hours Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
