We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Legal Advisor / Executive

to join our management team. The role involves providing legal guidance, managing compliance, reviewing contracts, and supporting the company's strategic and commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on contracts, corporate, employment, and compliance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (vendor, employment, service, lease, etc.). Manage legal risks, disputes, and liaise with external counsel when required. Ensure the Group's compliance with laws, regulations, and governance requirements. Develop and review internal policies and provide staff training on legal compliance. Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or mediation. Liaise with regulators, government agencies, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); CLP, Bar Admission, or Master's Degree is an advantage. Minimum

3 years PQE

as a practising lawyer or in-house counsel. Admitted to practice law in Malaysia. Strong knowledge in corporate, commercial, and employment law. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ethical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
