Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, content, and prompts. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various corporate and commercial matters. Analyze content and prompts results generated from the content database, AI, and automation tools, and offer recommendations. Participate in an agile project team, collaborating with product, content, and technology specialists on legal and AI assessments. Develop clear documentation of legal processes and guidelines for content creation, and review. Assisting with legal research and analysis to support business initiatives. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address legal risks. Regularly monitor the implementation of legal standards, ensuring that the outputs remain compliant with relevant regulations.

To be successful in this role:

Higher Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification is required. Candidates with Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or admitted to the Malaysian Bar is an additional advantage. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification practical legal experience (PQE). Candidates with experience in transactional law, including document drafting and corporate or commercial transactions, as well as in-house counsel roles, are highly encouraged to apply. Experience in conducting legal research, ideally using various legal research platforms.
