Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, letters, and contracts.
Assist in monitoring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support the Legal Department in handling company secretarial matters.
Maintain and organize legal files, agreements, and databases.
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (law firms, regulatory bodies).
Assist in administrative and ad-hoc legal-related tasks.
Requirements
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B)
or equivalent qualification.
At least
1 year of working experience
in legal or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong command of
English and Bahasa Malaysia
, both written and spoken.
Good understanding of legal terminology, documents, and processes.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Discreet, responsible, and professional in handling confidential information.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
