To manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both sub-sale and project works) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations.
2. To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing.
3. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
4. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction.
5. Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients.
6. Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies/agencies and related parties.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
8. Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.Requirements1. 0-5 PQE in Conveyancing practice.
2. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Added advantage to applicants who are able to communicate in Mandarin.
4. Hardworking and a team player who is always willing to learn.
