Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of the Banking & Finance team attending to domestic and cross border transactions:

- project financings,
- acquisition financings,
- Islamic financings and syndicated loans amongst others,
- banking transaction advisory works,
- aviation

Requirements

1. 1 to 5 years of PQE in corporate banking practice. Candidates who are newly called to the Bar are encouraged to apply.
2. Well-rounded experience that enables him/her to be able to come up with pro-business legal solutions with strong customer focus.
3. Excellent command of the English Language, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven.
