Michael Page Legal is excited to be partnering with a established client from the health care sector and to support them with the recruitment of a Legal Associate. The role focuses on providing legal advice and support to all business units and manage a wide range of contracts for the business.This role involves providing legal support for the organisation and key responsibilities include:

• Managing contracts and offering legal advice to various business units across regional markets.
• Drafting and preparing documentation, including contract terms, proposals, compliance materials, and conducting proofreading and modifications.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identifying and advising on potential legal and business risks impacting operations.
• Collaborating with business managers on diverse legal issues related to commercial contracts.
• Reviewing corporate documents prepared by external corporate secretaries and liaising with them directly.
• Coordinating with relevant government bodies as necessary.
• Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders for follow-up actions.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• In-house experience is highly preferred.
• Strong ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Highly independent, detail-oriented, organised, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents, prioritise tasks, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
