About Our Client: Our client is a reputable legal firm located in Kuala Lumpur. They are now looking for a Associate (Corporate Banking) to join their growing team. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be part of our Banking & Finance team attending to domestic and cross border transactions:

  • asset financings (vessel, real estate, aircraft)
  • project financings
  • acquisition financings
  • islamic financings and syndicated loans amongst others
  • banking transaction advisory works
Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years of PQE in corporate banking practice.
  • Well-rounded experience that enables him/her to be able to come up with pro-business legal solutions with strong customer focus.
  • Excellent command of the English Language, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven.
