- Bachelor of Laws degree from accredited university.
- Admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
- At least 3 years of experience in litigation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has yearn to continue developing legal and work skillset.
- Ability to handle and conduct general litigation work,
- Has command of handling litigation cases concerning Notice of Demand, Judgement In Default, Judgement Debtor Summon, Writ of Seizure and Sale, Warrant of Arrest, Winding Up, Garnishee, Letter of Administration, Probate, Contested Case, and Error & inconsistencies detection in court proceeding papers.
- Conducting research and drafting legal documents.
- Providing legal advice to clients on litigation matters.
- Assisting partner-lawyers in managing cases.
- Guiding junior-lawyers in developing their legal skillset in litigation
- Dynamic and Flexible Working environment.
- Annual Leave and Public Holiday observe.
