Job Description
Your CV should include the following details and/or information: 1) your academic details (with proper documentation attached); and 2) brief introduction of yourself (please indicate your strong points). Position: Legal Associate (litigation/corporate convey) (1-2 years PQE and above) (HQ Petaling Jaya) Requirement: legal associates (at least 1-2 years PQE and above) 1) admitted as advocates & solicitors of high court of Malaya; 2) proficiency in general litigation practice (litigation position); 3) proficiency in corporate & conveyancing (project, JV, merger & acquisition and corporate due diligence) practice (corporate & conveyancing position); 4) able to work independently and adapt to firm\'s SOP; and 5) able to communicate and write in BM, English (professional level) and other languages (if applicable).
