Job Description

In essence, legal clerks play a crucial supporting role in the legal process, providing vital assistance that enables attorneys to function more efficiently and effectively. Their work helps ensure that legal proceedings are well-prepared and that clients receive high-quality legal services.

JOB SCOPE

Drafting Legal Documents:

Preparing and drafting legal documents such as briefs, memos, motions, pleadings, contracts, and other court filings.

Proofreading and Editing:

Reviewing legal documents for accuracy, coherence, and compliance with legal standards and court rules.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Assisting with scheduling meetings, depositions, court appearances, and other legal proceedings.

Case Management:

Organizing and managing case files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and maintained systematically.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
