JOB DESCRIPTION
- To assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing SPA matters, including sub-
- To assist lawyers in handling all loan documentation for financing and re-
- To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, relevant government authorities
- Prepare memo and invoices for the lawyer\'s cases and to follow up on
- Monitor progress and update clients\' files.
- All other related to conveyancing matters such as discharge of
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks from the Management from time to time.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Responsible and positive working attitude
- Monitor files progress and update lawyers and banks\' portals on weekly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should posses at least Diploma certificate. Fresh graduates
- Able to converse in writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written
- Able to converse in other language will be an added advantage.
- Have experience in handling sub sale SPA or loan documentations.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks. On the Job training will be
- Able to start work immediately are preferred.
- Responsible and positive working attitude.
