Open Position: Legal Counsel, APAC (MNC Company)

An MNC Company with a global presence in APAC regions is hiring for Legal Counsel to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Having more than 5 years working experience working as a Legal Counsel with experience supporting APAC regions within Consulting, Finance or Shared Services environment

-Providing advisory on regional transactions by applying the law and appropriate policies to review, draft and negotiate various commercial agreements relating to professional services rendered and related co-operations with customers, suppliers and vendors

-Identifying commercial and business risks and partnering with the Regional Legal Counsel team as well as the business stakeholders on risk management & mitigation strategies

-Providing legal advice and support to Finance, Procurement, Sales and other business departments

-Proactively involve in standardising and organising legal agreement templates, reports and etc
-Good judgment problem-solving skills and comfortable advising and working with the Regional Leadership Management team

-Good presentation, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
