• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with valid professional certification (MUST).
• Fresh graduate welcome apply
• Able speak in English and Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in a PA or executive assistant role is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and legal research platforms is an added advantage.
• Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism (MUST).

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on compliance, regulatory matters, and risk mitigation.
• Assist in resolving disputes and maintaining well-organized legal records.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other necessary documents.
• Organize and maintain confidential files while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with the CEO and record accurate minutes.
• Assist the CEO in implementing good corporate governance practices.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Undertake assignments, handle confidential company documents, and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
